Is brightly colored eyeshadow tacky?

If it's used the right way, of course not! Not everyone has to stay inside the box with powder-pink and light brown eyeshadows. It makes you look unique. And you're smart to tone it down on clothing when you have such bright eyes. That does look sort of clownish if you go all out. Besides, you want people to look at your eyes, and you should always make your best features stand out. :)
