Is there any chance for me to survive mechanical engineering?

Depending on what college you go to will really dictate how rough mechanical engineering will be on you. Just know you have to become a pro at advanced calculus and by the end of the degree you will be only a few classes away from a math or physics degree. That being said if you are willing to really buckle down and study 20-30 hours a week at least you'll make it. However if you're doing something that you really dont like its going to be difficult if not impossible to put in the time that it takes to pass. Not trying to scare you but I wish i had known this before taking the degree it would have saved me a lot of headache trying to figure out why I wasn't doing well
